Ingredients
- 1 package Bon Cuisine Scallops with Gochujang Butter Sauce
- 8 oz fresh or frozen Udon noodles
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium. Add the scallops and sauce directly from frozen.
- Add vegetables and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring gently, until the scallops are opaque and the vegetables are tender crisp.
- Toss in the noodles and fold everything together so the sauce fully coats each strand.
- Finish and serve topped with sesame seeds and fresh scallions.
Chef Suggestion
Do not overcook the scallops. Once they are heated through and coated in sauce, they are ready. The butter will continue to flavor the Udon noodles beautifully.
