Garlic Parmesan Shrimp with Asparagus & Rotini

Ingredients

  • 1 package Bon Cuisine Shrimp Garlic Parmesan Butter Sauce
  • 8 oz rotini
  • 1 cup asparagus, cut into bite size pieces

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add the shrimp and sauce directly from frozen.
  3. Add asparagus and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring gently, until shrimp are pink and opaque and asparagus is tender.
  4. Toss in the rotini and fold everything together so the garlic parmesan butter coats each spiral.
  5. Finish and serve with extra parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.

Chef Suggestion

Avoid overcooking the shrimp. Once they are pink, firm and heated through, they are ready. The sauce will continue to cling to the rotini and build flavor in the bowl.
