Ingredients
- 1 package Bon Cuisine Shrimp Spicy Cajun Butter Shrimp
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup red peppers, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium. Add the shrimp and sauce directly from frozen.
- Add vegetables and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring gently, until shrimp are pink and opaque and vegetables are tender crisp.
- Fold in the rice and toss until everything is evenly coated in the spicy Cajun butter.
- Finish and serve with fresh lemon or extra herbs if desired.
