Asian Style Umami Shrimp with Rice & Zucchini

Ingredients

  • 1 package Bon Cuisine Shrimp Spicy Asian Soy Butter Sauce
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced or chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add the shrimp and sauce directly from frozen.
  3. Add zucchini and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring gently, until shrimp are pink and opaque and zucchini is tender.
  4. Fold in the rice and toss until everything is evenly coated in the umami butter.
  5. Finish and serve with extra scallions or sesame seeds if desired.
