Ingredients
- 1 package Bon Cuisine Shrimp Spicy Asian Soy Butter Sauce
- 1 cup cooked white rice
- 1 cup zucchini, sliced or chopped
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside.
- Heat a skillet over medium. Add the shrimp and sauce directly from frozen.
- Add zucchini and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring gently, until shrimp are pink and opaque and zucchini is tender.
- Fold in the rice and toss until everything is evenly coated in the umami butter.
- Finish and serve with extra scallions or sesame seeds if desired.
