Spicy Cajun Shrimp with Rice, Red Peppers & Celery

Ingredients

  • 1 package Bon Cuisine Shrimp Spicy Cajun Butter Shrimp
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 cup red peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup celery, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare rice according to package directions and set aside.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium. Add the shrimp and sauce directly from frozen.
  3. Add vegetables and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, stirring gently, until shrimp are pink and opaque and vegetables are tender crisp.
  4. Fold in the rice and toss until everything is evenly coated in the spicy Cajun butter.
  5. Finish and serve with fresh lemon or extra herbs if desired.

Add warm bread or cornbread on the side to round out the meal.
